The Lilla Rose hair clips come in seven different sizes, so that no matter your hair type, or the hairstyle you'd like to do, you can find a clip that works for you. Lilla Rose's biggest fans are ladies who had formerly been convinced that NOTHING would ever work in their hair, but were proven wrong! They WILL work in YOUR hair!

Yes, the Lilla Rose Flexi hair clip is very gentle on curly hair, and gives a comfortable, secure hold without snagging or pulling out curly hair.

What are Lilla Rose Flexi clips made of?

Lilla Rose Flexi clips are made of very durable materials to last you for years. The flexible beaded-8 part is made out of strong music wire, like pianos or guitars are strung with. The pin is made out of super strong zinc, like industrial bolts are made of, so you can be assured that you have a quality product that will last you for years to come.

Is there a Lilla Rose Flexi FLIP Size Chart?

Flexi Flips are different than the classic Flexi Clips in that they are reversible, so that you can get THREE sizes with just ONE hair clip! 

This helps you do multiple styles with just one hair clip, like a Ponytail, French Twist, and Half-up!

Do Lilla Rose products come with a guarantee or warranty?

There is a one-year company guarantee on all Lilla Rose products against breakage or defects. Simply contact customer service at help@lillarose.biz for a replacement.

How do I exchange my Flexi clip for the correct size?

You can easily have your Lilla Rose Flexi clip exchanged for the correct size for free within 90 days by contacting customer service at help@lillarose.biz. You can also simply use the exchange form and pre-paid return label that is included in your order.

LILLA ROSE EXCHANGE POLICY

INCLUSIONS: Item(s) being returned. Customer & Guests must include at least one of the following: Copy of Order Receipt, Packing Slip, or original Order Number. 

PRICE DIFFERENCES: If you are exchanging for a larger size, you must pay the difference of cost paid and the larger size. If you are exchanging for a smaller size, you will be refunded the difference of price paid and the smaller size.

SHIPPING ITEMS TO LILLA ROSE: U.S. Online Customers can use the prepaid return shipping label included in their order or contact customer service for a prepaid return shipping label.
International Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Lilla Rose. To ensure the success of your exchange, please consider using delivery confirmation or traceable shipping back to Lilla Rose. Lilla Rose is not obligated to process exchange if items do not arrive at our warehouse, or does not have proper inclusions needed for identification.

SHIPPING REPLACEMENT ITEMS BACK TO YOU: In all cases Lilla Rose pays for shipping of replacement items back to you via the shipping method of our choice.

What is the Lilla Rose Refund Policy?

RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY

INCLUSIONS: Item(s) being returned. Customer must include at least one of the following: Copy of Order Receipt, Packing Slip, or original Order Number. 

REFUND: Recover purchase price less any discounts used on original order, plus any U.S. sales tax paid to Lilla Rose; Shipping and handling not recoverable unless otherwise noted. Additionally, for international returns for refund recover up to $4.00 of your original purchase's shipping cost.

SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping items back to Lilla Rose. To ensure the success of your return and refund, please consider using delivery confirmation or traceable shipping back to Lilla Rose. Lilla Rose is not obligated to process refund if items do not arrive at our warehouse, or does not have proper inclusions needed to identify return.

What is a Lilla Rose HOOM?

A Lilla Rose HOOM stands for "Have One on Me," which is a shopping credit of $17 "Lilla Bucks" that is deposited into a customer's account to use on their following order. These are given as gifts by the personal Lilla Rose stylist as special offers or incentives. They usually require a minimum order or can be won in giveaways that are sponsored by the individual stylist. 
As of February 1, 2024, HOOM's have been discontinued.

Do Lilla Rose Flexi clips "turn"?

All plated products may eventually turn or develop a patina, including the Lilla Rose Flexi clips. The reason Lilla Rose clips are such a great value is that they are plated to keep the cost down. Many fans love the patina that give the clips an antique "vintage" look.

Using your hair accessories with wet hair may accelerate turning.

There are also DIY ways to clean the tarnish off your clips, such as silver jewelry cleaning cloths.

The antique nickel finish will keep its original finish much longer, so if you are concerned about turning, you may want to consider that finish.

Are there any hair clips like Lilla Rose?

There are no hair clips like the Lilla Rose Flexi clip. If you bought a flexible hair clip made out of piano wire back in the 1990's or early 2000's at a craft show or farmer's market, it was most likely a Flexi 8 hair clip, the precursor to the Lilla Rose Flexi clip.

Is the Lilla Rose Flexi clip the same product as the Flexi 8 hair clip?

The Lilla Rose Flexi clip is the same product as the Flexi 8 hair clip, and both made by the same owner. Flexi8 was invented and patented by John Dorsey in the garage of his California home in the 90’s, but was opened up to marketing by independent consultants Dec.8, 2008 and rebranded as Lilla Rose.

Are Lilla Rose products worth the money?

Unlike the cheap plastic claw that easily breaks, or ponytail elastics and hair ties that stretch out and pull your hair out, the Lilla Rose hair clip is made out of durable materials like zinc and piano wire that rarely break and last for years. So your investment in a Lilla Rose clip is more than worth the money.

Where is Lilla Rose located?

Lilla Rose headquarters is located in La Habra, California.

Who is the founder and owner of Lilla Rose?

John Dorsey is the owner and founder of Lilla Rose.

He was also the one who invented and patented the amazing Flexi Clip.

John Dorsey currently lives in southern California with his wife Missy. Their two daughters are Kerris Lilla Dorsey & Justine Rose Dorsey, both actresses, singers, and songwriters. Their middle names merged to become the name of the new hair accessory company, "Lilla Rose." 

Who is Lilla Rose?

Lilla Rose is not one person, but the combination of the middle names of owners John and Missy Dorsey's two daughters, Kerris Lilla Dorsey & Justine Rose Dorsey.

They have always been involved in their dad's hair accessory business, starting when they helped him out selling the Lilla Rose Flexi8 Clip at farmer's markets, craft shows, festivals, and other vendor events, to the present day as models for photo shoots and actresses in sales videos.

Even though Kerris Lilla and Justine Rose both have their own successful acting and singing/songwriting careers, you may even find them helping out in the Lilla Rose warehouse, shipping out products during the busy Black Friday/Christmas season!

How do I Become a Lilla Rose Consultant?

Effective February 1, 2024, Lilla Rose is no longer operating under the MLM business model. It is now open to wholesalers, called "Flexi Reps," and in the future, it will be open to new affiliates.

How do I find a Lilla Rose consultant near me?

Thanks to the convenience of the internet, you do not need to have a local Flexi Rep or attend a home party or craft show to be able to purchase Lilla Rose hair accessories.
