Overall, I will have to say that I have been LOVING my Farmasi makeup products, and they have been totally worth it!

My Farmasi Makeup Review 2023

As I've mentioned before, I am so NOT a makeup person...I am a mom of seven and a grandma of six (so far!) You will NOT see me doing Facebook Lives or Selfies on Instagram with those little kissy duck-faces. I much prefer hanging out in my garden growing sweet potatoes and pineapples.

I do remember in college in the '80's, my friends and I splurging on the Clinique compact foundation makeup. If you added water to your makeup sponge, and applied it damp, you could get this amazing full-coverage makeup masque that would cover every single blemish imaginable (even my huge chicken pox scar smack dab in the middle of my forehead!) It was this impenetrable mask that could disguise even your very own identity, if you wore enough (and we did!) (Just don't smile too much or it might crack and fall off!)

Add to that a hairdo that included perms, hot rollers,  tons of teasing and Aquanet, and you had that perfect '80s look that would amaze and stun anyone.

We also had eyebrow plucking down to an art. Because in the 80's, eyebrows were a no-no. You had to minimize them to the best of your ability. Of course, the trend now are full brows, but hey, I am sure the '80's look will come back soon, as all beauty and fashion trends do.

So that is the extent of my makeup experience.

I am just an ordinary mom and grandma, who is always looking for the best products at the best prices.

One of my favorite Farmasi's products so far are the Farmasi foundations; I've been using the lightweight, hydrating CC cream (great for redness and dry skin) and VSX Pro Foundation (perfect for occasions when you want a fuller coverage), and am sold.

I am also loving the "Peach Bite Palette" which is a trio of color-coordinating blush, bronzer, and highlighter. You can use it however you'd like...I love using them for eyeshadow, just to give over my eyes a bit of sun-kissed glow. (Since I live in Florida and spend a lot of time outside gardening and at the beach with sunglasses on, I can tend to look like a raccoon! LOL) The Peach Bite Palette is perfect for helping my eyes match the rest of my face naturally!
